How to purchase an allotment

TO HOLD AN ALLOTMENT

1. Contact Troy O'Brien 0418 570 576, Sharon Henson 0409 029 344 or your CLK sales agent to hold your preferred allotment.  We suggest phoning your agent so that there is no delay with securing your preferred allotment.

2. Once the allotment is held, you will be required to complete the ‘Intention to purchase form’ - click link below to complete.  This form is to be completed within 24 hours of the allotment being held.


HOLDING DEPOSIT – to be paid within 24 hours of the allotment being held.

Please transfer your $1,000 holding deposit into our trust account – click link for account details.
Please include your surname and Lot no. as a reference when transferring your holding deposit.
 

A Contract Of Sale will then be prepared and sent to both you and your solicitor/conveyancer who will review the Contract and arrange for you to sign. 

PAYMENT - The balance of deposit (10% of the purchase price less $1,000 holding deposit already paid) is to be paid on signing of the Contract Of Sale.  Balance (full amount) is payable on settlement of the allotment.
